We need plaster models of your mouth to make your custom made teeth on.
The best way to do this is to go to a dentist and ask them if you can have
a set of study models of your upper and lower jaws. The dentist will take
alginate impresions and then send them to a dental laboratory.Then a dental
technician will cast the alginate moulds using dental plaster,when set
the alginate is removed and the models are trimed and sent bake to the
dentist who then passes them on to you (the cost of the study models may
very from dentist to dentist it would be a good idea to shop around for
the best price).

shade of you teeth, there are different brands of shade charts but most
dentists use VITA if they use a different brand please state
